All personal information regarding customers who are contacted by METALpack® will be treated as provided in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (RGPD), being applied from 25 May 2018. METALpack® is a registered trademark that belongs to the company METALpack® Ltd.
All customer information belonging to any of these brands can be used by any other brand belonging to METALpack® Ltd. METALpack® guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its owners. The personal information collected may include your name, email, phone and/or mobile number, address, date of birth, VAT and/or others previously supplied. The omission or inaccuracy of data or other information provided by the client to date are the sole responsibility of the client. All the information and personal data supplied will be for METALpack® use, and may be used in marketing campaigns, newsletter sending, complaints handling, direct contact by telephone or email, or prize sending in competitions held on the site www.metalpack.pt. METALpack® is not responsible for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication. This includes - but is not limited to - damages arising from failure or delay in the delivery of electronic communications, interception, or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or computer programs intended as virus transmitters. METALpack uses a private carrier to deliver its orders, which requires the sharing of data such as address, telephone number and full name of the customer. In certain cases, METALpack® is entitled to share any personal data with public authorities, namely tax authorities, security forces and courts. According to law 144/2015, in case of dispute, the competent forum will be the Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre of Porto (CICAP)/ Consumer Arbitration Court. All customers have the right to access, rectify, limit, oppose and cancel their data. METALpack® does not record the calls established as proof of a commercial transaction or quality of customer service. The customer may submit a complaint directly to the supervisory authority. This can be done directly by email or by registered letter to the addresses available at www.metalpack.eu/contacts/. METALpack® reserves the right to change any criteria in this agreement without prior notice. It is recommended to visit it regularly for eventual updates. By subscribing to our newsletter or ordering from METALpack® you are accepting this privacy agreement. METALpack® does not record established calls as proof of commercial transactions or for customer service quality purposes. Customers may file a complaint directly with the supervisory authority.
